General conditions

Users who contribute to the platform Do-it-yourSciences by publishing on-line information (Directions on how to build DIY Science Projects, comments, feedbacks, etc.) must observe the following rules:

1) DIY projects must follow the publication criteria

2) users must comply with the general conditions of use, for example:

Not to:

• Defame anyone, insult, harass, threaten or impair in any way its rights (for example on privacy and information dissemination);
• Publish, post, distribute or disseminate material or information that are defamatory, likely to offend, obscene, inappropriate or illegal;
• Publish content (for example, files or images) protected by intellectual property law (or legislation on privacy and information dissemination), unless the user holds the rights or controls them or if he has received for this purpose all the consents required by law;
• Post files that contain viruses, corrupted files or any other similar software or programs that can affect the sound operation of other's computers;
• Delete in an exported file the references to authors, legal advice, or anything related to intellectual property law;
• Falsify the origin or source of an item published;
• Advertise for goods or services or offer anything for sale or conduct/forward surveys, contests or chain letters or import a file made available by another user knowing or reasonably knowing that the distribution in this way is illegal.

3) Administrators rights to manage the information

Juvene is entitled to delete or modify, without notice, any information published on the Site by users and this for whatever reason, but especially if the criteria and conditions 1 and 2 are not respected.

4) Privacy:

Personal information (email, password) will not be disclosed to third parties. Juvene can only use personal information for the purposes of the Site and in the respect of privacy. However, all information published on the site by the users is public, therefore this type of information is not private.
